Returns Policy

NuCONNECT maintain your 'Right to Cancel' option as a consumer for all orders within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, as long as the said items are returned in full retail packaging and fully sealed to manufacture specification. Failure to comply to these terms may result in the direct refusal of return or the invoice of an industry standard 10% restocking fee as the goods would be deemed commercially unacceptable for resale as new.

Refunds cannot be issued on sale items above the value of what was paid. 

In-Ear headphones: Due to hygiene reasons any In-Ear headphones that have been unsealed cannot be returned and refunded unless this falls under the product being faulty.
 

We currently do not cover this under our returns policy.

If you would like to make a return or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us here with your name and order reference number. 

Goods that are faulty must go through the warranty process. Bang & Olufsen will attempt to repair any items before issuing any replacement products or parts within the terms of manufacture warranty. We offer a free 2 Year Warranty on all B&O PLAY products and 3 years on all Bang & Olufsen products. Warranty does not apply to goods that have been damaged by or because of the consumer.
